Deputy Store Manager — Lead, Coach & Drive Performance

B&M Retail in Chepstow is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager, lead on the shop floor and drive performance. The role requires stepping up in the manager’s absence and owning day-to-day operations to keep the store running smoothly.

You will coach and motivate the team, focus on delivering excellent customer service, and manage operations with a hands-on approach across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
