Deputy Store Manager: Lead Growth, People & Operations

Starbucks Dundee is seeking a deputy store manager to partner with the store manager and co‑lead the store, delivering outstanding commercial, operational and people results.

You’ll own responsibilities from compliance and training to local marketing, lead the store leadership team, forecast staffing, participate in recruitment, monitor KPIs and drive cost control, with hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays.
