Deputy Store Manager — Lead, Inspire & Deliver

Lidl in Aberdeen is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You will take ownership in the Store Manager's absence, drive delivery checks, stock integrity and KPI monitoring, and inspire your colleagues to perform at their best.

You will also provide outstanding customer service, uphold health and safety standards, and benefit from Lidl's training and clear progression paths within the business.
