They operate across high end residential, commercial, hotel, student accommodation, retail and mixed use projects. They now require a high calibre Design Manager to join their team on a £40m residential new build in Henley-on-Thames. The ideal candidate will already possess: * A minimum of 8 years construction design experience. * Large scale new build residential project experience. * Main contracting career experience - advantage. * Stable career history (ie good length of engagement) * Relevant industry qualifications.
