Design Manager - Main Contractor Our client is a long established main contractor, whose growth and expansion in recent years has made them one of the most exciting names in the London and South East construction scene. They operate across high end residential, commercial, hotel, student accommodation, retail and mixed use projects. Due to this continued growth they now require a high calibre Design Manager to join their team on a £60m residential new build in Clapham. The ideal candidate will already possess: * A minimum of 8 years construction design management experience. * Large scale new build residential project experience. * Main contractor or large scale developer experience. * Technical background. * Relevant industry qualifications. In return for the above, our client will offer a salary in the range of £90k-£100k, depending on experience.
