Design Manager – Estates (Small Works) Location: Malvern Salary: £70,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Benefits An established and highly regarded main contractor is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join its Estates (Small Works) team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy division delivering a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects. Working across a varied programme of works, you'll be involved in everything from refurbishment and fit-out projects to new-build commercial developments. This role offers plenty of variety, with projects differing in size, complexity, and programme, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and managing multiple schemes. The Role As Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the design process from pre-construction through to project completion, ensuring design information is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
