Horizon Teachers are actively seeking a Design & Technology Teacher for a secondary schoolin Surrey, for a long term position. The ideal candidate will be open to working with students aged from 11-16 across teaching those with mixed ability.
JOB DESCRIPTION Design Technology (DT) Teacher / Design Technology (DT) ECT Inspiring and motivating the younger generation ECTs welcome: 1:1 Mentor, bespoke ECT induction, In & out of house training and more September 2026 - Full time 5 days a week contract work Permanent opportunity for the right candidate MPS1-UPS3 + TLR (Size depending on experience) About the school A positive and supportive working environment Opportunities to plan and deliver engaging Technology lessons Access to an experienced and collaborative team Professional development and career support Opportunities to contribute to wider school life, including pastoral roles We are looking for: A qualified teacher with QTS and a relevant degree Experience teaching Design Technology at KS3 and KS4 Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students Commitment to supporting students academic and personal development ECT's Welcome to apply Why Horizon Teachers?
