Job Role

The Senior Supervisor is responsible for the effective leadership and coordination of the Despatch operation across all shifts, ensuring that the Pick Team, Loading Team and Tray Wash Team consistently deliver against agreed operational, service, quality, safety and productivity KPIs.

The role provides leadership and direction to the Despatch Supervisory Team, ensuring consistency across shifts and acting as the key escalation point for operational issues. The Senior Supervisor will work closely with Production, Planning, Supply Chain and other site functions to ensure finished products are available at the right time to meet customer and outbound requirements.

The role also has responsibility for Despatch planning, rotas, holiday management, TMS, pallet and tray requirements, supplier portals and ensuring the operation remains fully resourced and capable of meeting daily demand.

Hours of Work

Dayshift 5 days out of 7 (including weekend work)

8am-4/5pm/Finish
