Despatch Senior Supervisor: Lead Shipping & Operations

Finnebrogue is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead the Despatch operation across all shifts, ensuring Pick, Loading and Tray Wash teams meet KPI targets. You will coordinate with Production, Planning and Supply Chain to guarantee timely finished goods for customers.

Dayshift five days out of seven, 8am to 4/5pm finish; responsible for rotas, labour, and resource planning, with a focus on continuous improvement and site-wide communication.
