Position: Die Cutter Machine Operator - Nights Location: Redhill, Surrey £16.50 - £20.00 per hour Night Shift - 36 hours per week - 21:00 - 06:00 - Mon - Thur Purpose of a Cut & Crease Minder / Die Cutter Machine Operator: We are currently seeking an experienced Cut & Crease Minder / Die Cutter Machine Operator to join a well-established packaging manufacturer in Redhill, Surrey. This role is responsible for the setup, operation and maintenance of BOBST die cutting machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality packaging products in line with customer specifications and production targets. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, product quality and continuous production performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities of a Cut and Crease Minder / Die Cutter Machine Operator: Set up and operate BOBST die cutting machinery to precise production specifications Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality, accuracy and efficiency Carry out die cutting, creasing, embossing and debossing to required standards Load and unload materials accurately, ensuring correct alignment and cutting precision Work with a range of substrates including paper, folding boxboard and corrugated materials Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain equipment cleanliness to minimise downtime Troubleshoot machinery issues and e...
