Digital Change Lead – CX Transformation (Hybrid)

Barclays UK is seeking a Change Lead for a greenfield EMI license project. Hybrid role based in Northampton/Glasgow (2 days in the office: Mon & Wed). 6-month contract to design a digital-first customer service experience.

You will translate strategy into actionable change plans, manage customer impact and drive operational readiness in a fast-paced environment. Strong CX and PM skills are required.
