We are recruiting on behalf of one of our employer partners based in the beautiful Lake District town of Ambleside (LA22) who is looking for a Marketing Apprentice to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of marketing activities while working towards a nationally recognised Marketing Apprenticeship qualification. You'll learn from experienced professionals and develop valuable skills that will prepare you for a successful career in the marketing industry. What You'll Be Doing: As a Marketing Apprentice, you will support the business's marketing activities and help promote its products and services. Duties may include: Assisting with social media management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Creating engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials. Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns. Updating website content and ensuring information remains accurate. Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on key metrics. Conducting market and competitor research. Assisting with photography, video content, and promotional activities. Supporting customer engagement initiatives and brand awareness campaigns. Helping maintain marketing databases and customer records. What We're Looking For: We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and develop their marketing skills. Essential Skills & Qualities: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good attention to detail. Creative mindset with an interest in digital marketing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good organisational and time management skills. Desirable: Experience using social media platforms for personal, educational, or voluntary projects. Basic knowledge of marketing principles. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or content creation tools. Entry Requirements: GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred. A genuine interest in marketing, communications, digital media, or business. Eligible to undertake an apprenticeship in England.
