Job Title: Digital Print Operator Location: Letchworth Basis: Permanent Salary: Competitive    My Letchworth based client are looking for an experienced Digital Print Operator to join their close-knit team, where every employee plays an important role in the success of the business. This is a hands-on role for someone who isn't afraid to get stuck in, support colleagues and contribute wherever needed to keep production running smoothly. The ideal candidate will bring previous HP Indigo experience, ideally supported by formal HP training, along with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. In return, you'll join a friendly and supportive company that genuinely values its people, recognises individual contributions, and offers a rewarding working environment where you can make a real difference.   Key responsibilities as a Digital Print Operator: Operate and maintain HP Indigo digital print equipment to deliver consistent, high-quality output Produce work accurately in line with customer specifications and company quality standards Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimum machine performance Monitor print quality and colour consistency throughout production runs Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency Prioritise workloads to meet production schedules and customer deadlines Collaborate with pre-press and finishing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow Complete production documentation and records as required Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.   Key requirements of a Digital Print Operator: Minimum HP Indigo Level 2 qualification Previous experience operating HP Indigo presses within a commercial print environment Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately towards tight deadlines A team-player attitude, with a willingness to proactively support the team/operations Good time management skills Possess a strong knowledge of print standards and colour management Experience working within a commercial print environment is desirable   Company benefits: 20 days annual leave (& Bank Holidays) Pension scheme Salary sacrifice schemes Bonus scheme   Please apply within
