Responsibilities:

• Process financial transactions using Emburse Enterprise, our Accounts Payable system, ensuring all payments are handled accurately and in line with company procedures

• Manage cash forms and related financial activities through our bespoke finance software, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

• Use iManage to store, retrieve and manage financial documentation in accordance with compliance and document management requirements

• Utilise Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, to analyse data, prepare reports, maintain records and support team presentations

• Assist the Credit Control team with the collection of outstanding debts, maintaining accurate records through finance systems and reporting tools
