A leading global property and professional services consultancy is looking to appoint a Director to lead and grow its Life Sciences Property Advisory offering across England.
This is a senior, market-facing opportunity for an established property professional who combines agency and transactional expertise with strong commercial leadership and an established network within the Life Sciences sector.
You’ll have the platform and multidisciplinary resources of a major international consultancy behind you, while being given the autonomy to grow a market, originate opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
The Role
You’ll take a leading role in expanding the business’s Life Sciences real estate offering, working with occupiers, developers, investors, research institutions, universities and public-sector organisations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the growth of the Life Sciences Property Advisory offering across England
Identifying target clients, originating opportunities and converting new business
Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leasing and wider transactional matters
Working with developers and investors on science parks, innovation districts and major Life Sciences developments
Providing strategic advice on asset and portfolio strategies
Leading development strategies, options appraisals, market assessments and viability reviews
Building senior-level relationships across the Life Sciences property market
Developing and leading a high-performing advisory team
Collaborating with planning, development, cost management, sustainability and project management specialists
Who We're Looking For
Strong transactional, agency or specialist property advisory experience
A demonstrable track record of winning work and developing new client relationships
Experience advising on major developments, regeneration projects, science parks, innovation districts or complex real estate
Excellent relationships across the property market xwzovoh
Strong understanding of occupier, developer, landlord and investor requirements
Commercial leadership and negotiation skills
Experience leading and developing teams
MRICS or another relevant professional qualification preferred
The Package
£100,000 - £125,000 base salary
£7,500 car allowance
Annual bonus
6% pension contribution
City of London office
Hybrid working – 2 days per week from home
