Director of BIM Strategy & Digital Delivery

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director to lead BIM and digital delivery for Real Estate projects in the UK. You will set BIM strategy, author essential docs, and lead client-facing implementation from strategy through project delivery.

You will guide cross-disciplinary teams, manage digital risk, and drive BIM standards globally while aligning with client and programme goals. The role requires strong leadership and a proactive, collaborative approach.
