Director of Digital Customer Success & Onboarding

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Customer Success leader to design and execute a digital-first strategy for our SME customers. You will drive onboarding, usage adoption, and digital content to reduce churn and boost CSAT, with a focus on scalable, low-touch programs.

You will lead a team of SME CSMs, collaborate with Product, Marketing and Support, and use tools like Userpilot, Pendo and Whatfix to deliver in-app experiences and measure outcomes.
