Director of Internal Communications & Engagement

Kaluza is seeking a strategic communications leader to direct internal communications and employee engagement across multiple markets. You will line manage a Communications Manager, partner with the ELT, and own the intranet The Hive to drive adoption and governance.

You will also lead planning for company-wide events, Town Halls, and initiatives that align with our culture and mission, working in a hybrid London or Bristol-based role with UK work authorization.
