Director of People, Culture & Inclusion

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust invites a senior Director of People for the City and Weston Hospital Operating Unit to lead strategic workforce initiatives and culture across the trust, ensuring safe, compassionate care while partnering with clinical, operational and corporate leaders.

The role oversees Culture, Organisational Development, Health and Wellbeing, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Staff Engagement and Leadership development, and may deputise for the Chief People and Culture Officer.
