Director of People Services - 4-Day Week Leader

Bron Afon Community Housing seeks a Director of People Services in Cwmbran. This senior role leads HR, L&D, Internal Communications & Engagement, Wellbeing and EDI, reporting to the Executive Director. You will shape the people agenda and drive cultural change in a community-owned housing organisation.

You will have 4 direct reports in a team of eight with a revenue budget around £1m. The post is 37 hours per week with hybrid working (office 1–2 days).
