Director of Strategic Communications - (Hybrid) - Up to £66k

We're recruiting for a Director of Strategic Communications to join a well-established, values-led organisation in Salisbury. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Executive Leadership Team and shape the organisation's communications strategy over the next five years.The role will see you:

• Leading the development and delivery of a long-term communications strategy
• Managing PR, media relations, marketing, brand, and internal communications
• Leading and developing a high-performing communications team
• Working closely with senior leaders to strengthen stakeholder engagement
• Acting as the organisation's lead media spokesperson
• Supporting fundraising activity through compelling campaigns and messaging

We're looking for someone with:

• Senior strategic communications leadership experience
• A strong background in PR and media relations
• Experience developing and implementing communications strategies
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence representing an organisation in the media
