Director of Strategic Partnerships & Philanthropy

Tŷ Hafan is seeking an exceptional Head of Partnerships & Philanthropy to lead our Income Generation program in Wales. You will build meaningful relationships with partners, philanthropists and funders to grow sustainable income for children’s hospice care.

As a member of the leadership team, you will shape strategy, inspire teams across Corporate Fundraising, Grants & Trusts, and Major Giving, and translate impact into funding opportunities while championing collaboration and innovation.
