Director of Youth Programs & Community Leadership

NSNP seeks a collaborative leader to design, implement, and evaluate after-school and summer youth programs. The role oversees the youth program team, partnerships, and budgets, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and engaging youth and families.

The successful candidate will lead program design, support instructors, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with the Executive Director to advance mission-driven youth development and cultural education.
