Lead, develop and inspire Programme Management teams, driving high performance and strong cross-functional collaboration. * Build and maintain senior customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation for key accounts. * Oversee programme performance across cost, schedule, quality and risk, ensuring targets are achieved and opportunities are maximised. * Support business growth through bid activities, commercial negotiations, and effective programme governance to drive revenue and profitability.
