Discover Northamptonshire - Culture Officer

North Northamptonshire is in the midst of an ambitious cultural transformation. The North Northamptonshire Cultural Masterplan sets out a shared vision for arts, heritage, creativity, and community participation across the area, uniting stakeholders, strengthening the creative sector, and embedding culture into community wellbeing, place-making, and economic growth. Alongside this, Discover Northamptonshire operates as the area's Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP), bringing together arts organisations, creative freelancers, heritage venues, tourism businesses, and public sector partners to raise the profile of our area. The Discover Northamptonshire Hub at Rushden Lakes serves as the office base and central gateway for this strategic work. This is a varied, outward-facing role that connects culture, creative programming, tourism, and community partnership into a single, purposeful agenda.
