Dispatch Operative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Dispatch Warehouse Operative to join our clients fast-paced logistics team based in Didcot. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement of goods within the warehouse, ensuring accurate shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining smooth operations throughout the facility. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service and uphold safety standards across all activities. Responsibilities Pack orders via the Voice Picking system Handle materials with care, ensuring proper stocking, picking, and packing of items for dispatch Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, verifying shipments against documentation Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Conduct regular stock checks and organize storage areas for optimal accessibility Must be able to stack pallets Requirements Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in materials handling Knowledge of warehouse management systems (such as voice picking systems) Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during daily operations Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in picking, packing, and inventory management Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts Join us if youre eager to contribute your skills in a lively environment where your efforts directly impact our success!
