Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ - 3 PQE) Derbyshire | Hybrid Working | Regional Law Firm A highly respected regional law firm is looking to recruit a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) to join its growing litigation team in Derbyshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to develop a broad disputes practice, working closely with experienced Partners on complex and varied matters while benefiting from genuine responsibility, client exposure and clear long-term career progression. The Role You'll become part of a close-knit and collaborative disputes team, advising a diverse client base across a broad range of contentious matters. Your work will include a mix of: Commercial and contractual disputes Property and real estate litigation Shareholder and partnership disputes Injunctions and urgent applications Insolvency-related disputes Enforcement proceedings Business and civil litigationFrom day one, you'll have the opportunity to manage your own files with appropriate supervision, work directly with clients, liaise with counsel and become involved in strategically important disputes from an early stage.
