Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Suffolk
Full‑time, permanent role offering a salary between £50,000 and £60,000, dependent on experience.
Location: Suffolk – hybrid working arrangements available.
Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will join a highly recognised team of experts in dispute resolution, providing legal support to businesses, developers, investors, partnerships, landlords, tenants, and private individuals.
Responsibilities
- Manage an independent, evolving caseload across commercial litigation, property disputes and general civil matters.
- Assist and advise on a wide variety of disputes including breaches of contract, commercial disputes, construction disputes, and property litigation.
- Provide strategic advice and legal support across diverse disputes.
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues on complex matters.
- Maintain appropriate supervision while developing expertise across a varied caseload.
Qualifications
- Solicitor with 1–5 years of post-qualified litigation experience.
- Experience or exposure to commercial disputes, property disputes, and general civil litigation.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Collaborative attitude, good organisational skills, and a practical, commercially aware approach to problem‑solving.
- Ability to work independently and manage a developing caseload.
