Description Conduct property inspections to identify disrepair issues and recommend solutions. Prepare detailed reports on findings and proposed remedial actions. Work closely with contractors to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard. Provide technical advice and guidance to tenants on disrepair matters. Manage and monitor disrepair claims, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and communications. Liaise with legal teams on disrepair cases, providing expert input when required. Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety guidelines.Profile A successful Disrepair Surveyor should have: Relevant qualifications in construction or a related field.
