Distribution Supervisor

Location: High Wycombe Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts - 6:00am-2:30pm | 2:45pm-11:15pm Lead a team. Keep things moving. Make a real impact. Are you an experienced Team Leader or Supervisor who enjoys leading people in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment? At Origin, we're looking for a proactive Distribution Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead a team, coordinate daily distribution activities, and help us maintain the exceptional service our customers expect. What you'll be doing Leading, motivating and supporting the Distribution team to achieve daily targets. Ensuring customer orders are complete, accurate and ready for dispatch on time. Carrying out quality checks to ensure products are free from damage or defects before loading. Coordinating the movement of products between our sites and preparing overseas shipments. Supporting drivers and customers with loading and collections when required. Monitoring stock locations and investigating any missing items. Maintaining accurate paperwork and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly. Promoting a safe working environment and ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed. Investigating service issues and working with the team to prevent repeat problems. Carrying out team meetings, appraisals and supporting training and development. What we're looking for At least two years' experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role. Experience within a warehouse, logistics, transport or distribution environment. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident leading and motivating a team. Able to work under pressure and prioritise effectively. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. A flexible, reliable and positive approach. Team management qualifications are desirable but not essential. Why join Origin?
