Inclusion Manager Location: Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking a passionate and proactive Inclusion Manager to help strengthen and advance our commitment to inclusion, ensuring every learner feels they belong, can access opportunities and is supported to achieve their full potential. Working across curriculum, professional services and external partnerships, you will lead initiatives that break down barriers to participation, strengthen learner engagement and improve outcomes for those who may face disadvantage, vulnerability or additional challenges during their education. at risk of becoming NEET, retaking English and maths, or facing personal, social, emotional or economic barriers to success. You will work closely with curriculum and professional service teams to promote belonging, improve attendance, raise aspirations and ensure learners can fully participate in all aspects of college life, including enrichment, employability and progression opportunities. As the designated site lead for Children Looked After, previously looked after and care-experienced learners, you will support the Director of Inclusion in their role as Designated Teacher, working collaboratively with the Virtual School and external partners to improve learner experiences, outcomes and future opportunities. We're looking for someone who is passionate about inclusion, committed to high expectations and able to influence positive change through strong relationships, collaboration and innovative practice. Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year ?? What You'll Do Drive the College's vision for inclusion, belonging and equity, ensuring all learners can participate, succeed and thrive. Work alongside curriculum teams and professional services to identify and remove barriers to learning, participation and success. Develop and embed inclusive practices across the College through training, coaching and staff support. Build effective partnerships with local authorities, schools, community organisations and external agencies to strengthen learner support and progression pathways. Support the Director of Inclusion's by acting as the designated site lead for Children Looked After and care leavers, helping to ensure they receive the support needed to thrive. Use data, learner voice and quality improvement activity to evaluate impact, drive improvement and support programmes that reduce the risk of learners becoming NEET. What You'll Bring Experience of leading inclusion, student engagement, learner support, pastoral support or a related area within education with strong impact. A strong understanding of the barriers that can affect participation, achievement and progression for young people and adults. Experience of coaching, supporting and developing colleagues to embed inclusive practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and learner feedback to drive improvement. Excellent communication, organisational and partnership-building skills. A commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion and creating opportunities for learners from all backgrounds.
