Divisional Mortgage & Protection Sales Leader

Just Mortgages in Essex seeks a Divisional Sales Director to lead a team of Mortgage and Protection Advisers, driving revenue growth and protection sales. You will recruit, develop and supervise up to 20 advisers, align with estate agency partners, and ensure high-quality customer service.

You’ll work with Training and Compliance to continuously enhance training, monitor performance, and implement consistent sales processes across the division.
