Salary to £35k or £300 a day. A highly successful civil engineering contractor is looking to recruit a
Document Controller
to join their team on a major water infrastructure project based in
Wellesbourne .
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the efficient management, control, and distribution of project documentation on a high-profile water sector scheme.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all project documentation in line with company procedures. Ensure documents are correctly issued, reviewed, approved, and archived. Maintain document registers and tracking logs. Distribute drawings, specifications, and technical documents to project teams. Liaise with engineers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure document control processes are followed. Support project reporting and quality assurance requirements. Ensure compliance with project and ISO documentation standards. Requirements
Previous experience as a Document Controller, ideally within construction, civil engineering, or the water industry. Experience using document management systems such as Aconex, Viewpoint, Asite, SharePoint, or similar. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
