Think Property Services are currently recruiting for an experienced and fully qualified Electrician to work with a well-established organization within the social housing maintenance sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and experienced Electrician to join a busy repairs and maintenance team, carrying out work across occupied and void domestic properties.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality Electrical maintenance, repair and improvement works within social housing properties.

Youll join our clients Empty Homes Team, carrying out EICR testing and repairs in vacant properties, with opportunities to complete full rewires and occasional call-back repairs in occupied homes.
