Domestic Gas Engineer – Shaftesbury
My client is looking for an experienced Commercial Gas, Oil & Domestic Gas Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs, and installations across a range of commercial and domestic heating systems while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities ? Service, maintain, repair, and install commercial and domestic gas and oil heating systems. ? Diagnose faults and carry out repairs. ? Complete planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive call-outs. ? Carry out gas safety inspections and boiler servicing. ? Ensure all work complies with current regulations. ? Complete job reports and certification accurately. ? Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota.
Essential Requirements ? Commercial Gas qualifications (CODNCO1 or equivalent). ? Domestic Gas qualifications (CCN1 and relevant appliances). ? OFTEC qualification (preferred or equivalent experience). ? Proven experience with commercial and domestic heating systems. ? Full UK driving licence. ? Strong fault-finding skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
What We Offer ? £45,000–£49,000 salary (depending on experience). ? Company vehicle, fuel card, and uniform. ?
