About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Door Entry / Access Control Engineer to join our growing fire team covering Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of door entry and access control systems across a range of commercial, social housing, and town centre properties.

Key Responsibilities
Installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of door entry and access control systems
Working on both new installations and reactive maintenance contracts
Upgrading and commissioning systems to current industry standards
Providing excellent customer service to clients and residents
Accurate completion of job reports and documentation
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Essential Requirements
Minimum 5+ years experience working with intercom/door entry systems (ideally including ENTROTEC )
Minimum 5+ years experience working with access control systems (ideally including INTRATONE, PAC, and ENSIGN )
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Experience
Experience working within social housing environments
Experience working in town centre xwzovoh / high-footfall commercial environments
Salary & Benefits
£38,000 £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
23 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (1 additional day per year of service (up to a maximum of 25 days)
