Are you an HGV driver looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for driving and training? We are looking for a driver trainer to join us on our Kingspan contract at pembridge working Monday to Friday on days, although a degree of flexibility may be required as over over night stays may be required and travelling to other sites. Your time will be split between making deliveries to customers and supporting our Operational Trainer to ensure that the contracts training requirements are met. This includes conducting driving assessments, inductions, training of new starters and retraining of current employees. Deliver training to new employees and agency staff using company-approved documentationConduct driving assessments Provide refresher and skills update training for permanent employees as required Ensure all training is delivered in line with company standards Liaise with line managers regarding training plans, candidate progress and results Assist in planning training sessions and communicating these to relevant stakeholders Have a full UK driving licence (with C+Eentitlement) with at least 6 months of HGV driving experience.
