Driver Training Specialist & Examiner Coach

DVSA is seeking a Driver Training Specialist to deliver high-quality learning to new Driving Examiners across multiple locations in the UK. You will foster a supportive environment, tailor training to diverse learning styles, and provide constructive feedback to help trainees develop sound professional judgments.

The role involves training across our L&D framework, collaborating with the People & Places Directorate, and coordinating with external delivery partners to ensure standards are met.
