3.5T Tipper Driver / Yard Operative Location: East London Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Working Hours: 5 - 6 days each week. 40 hours plus. Salary: Competitive, depending on experience We are currently recruiting for a 3.5T Tipper Driver / Yard Operative to join a busy construction company based in East London. The role will involve a combination of driving and yard duties, with deliveries and collections across London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position, with the potential to move from temporary to permanent employment. Key Responsibilities Driving a 3.5T tipper vehicle safely and responsibly Delivering and collecting materials across London Loading and unloading materials Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues General yard duties, including keeping the yard clean and organised Assisting with loading vehicles and preparing materials for delivery Following all company health & safety procedures Providing a professional and reliable service to customers and site teamsRequirements Clean UK driving licence Previous experience driving a 3.5T tipper or similar vehicle Good knowledge of London and surrounding areas Previous construction, building materials or yard experience would be advantageous Good communication skills Reliable, punctual and hardworking Good references are essential Comfortable working outdoors and undertaking physical yard duties Cat B Clean Driving LicenceThe Opportunity Temporary-to-permanent position 5-6 days per week Regular work with an established construction company Work based from East London with deliveries throughout London Opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate To apply, please send your CV or contact us for further information
