Duty and Assessment Team Manager Bury, Manchester Temporary, Full Time Up to £46ph Lead a dedicated social work team delivering high-quality field services to children, families and the local community. Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to departmental policies, procedures and safeguarding standards. Manage complex child protection and children-in-need cases, supporting positive outcomes for children and families. Drive effective assessment and intervention, providing strong professional leadership and oversight. Essential: CQSW, DipSW, BA (Hons) Social Work or equivalent qualification. Experience: Minimum 3 years’ post-qualifying experience in a field social work setting, including substantial child protection experience.
