Duty Manager

We are looking for an all rounded Duty Manager at Fairfield House Hotel to support the effective operation of the hotel by delivering exceptional customer service and leadership to all colleagues and guests respectively.

Part of the award-winning, family-owned RAD Hotel Group, Fairfield House Hotel is a well-established and highly regarded hotel offering stunning sea views from the Ayrshire coast. Responsibilities

• Managing the team members whilst on duty to ensure they promote a helpful and professional image to all guests
• Effectively communicating across departments to ensure smooth service delivery within the hotel
• Acting as ‘host’ and figurehead to guests, members and staff
• Proactively addressing any concerns and resolving guest enquiries and complaints
• Being hands on by covering reception, restaurant and functions when required

What you’ll need:

• Previous supervisory or management experience in high quality hospitality establishment
• A background in front of house and/or food and beverage
• Excellent communications skills
• A strong motivator
• Positive attitude and extremely customer focused
• Hands on approach
