Duty Manager: Elevate Guest Experience & Hotel Ops

The Scotsman Group in Edinburgh is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations and to ensure exceptional guest service across all departments. You will act as the main contact for guests during your shift and coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance to maintain high standards.

The ideal candidate has prior Duty Manager or Front Office leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
