Duty Manager: Lead Hotel Ops & Team

Premier Inn is seeking a Duty Manager in Glenrothes. You will lead shifts across the hotel, supporting reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay. This permanent role offers guaranteed hours and a clear path for progression within the Premier Inn brand.

You’ll be involved in briefings, coaching, guest support and cross-team collaboration, with shifts that include evenings and weekends. No hotel experience? training is provided; leadership is the key asset.
