Duty Manager: Lead Shifts, Guests & Teams

Premier Inn in Barry Island is seeking a Duty Manager to help run the hotel on shift, leading your team across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay. You'll be on the floor, building pre-shift briefings, coaching colleagues, solving guest queries and keeping operations smooth.

Previous hotel experience isn’t required—strong leadership and calmness under pressure matter most.
