Duty Manager: Lead Shifts, Inspire Teams, Elevate Guests

Whitbread's Aberdare Premier Inn is seeking a Hotel Duty Manager to lead shifts, supporting reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay. You’ll work across departments, maintain high service standards and guide frontline teams.

The role offers 30 guaranteed hours per week, a permanent contract, and full training with clear opportunities to progress into hotel management. You’ll be on the floor, solving problems and supporting guests and staff.
