Duty Manager - Retail Leadership & Service Champion

The Range Dumfries is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to support the day-to-day running of our busy store. You will lead from the front, coach colleagues, and drive outstanding customer service while maintaining store standards.

Working with Store Manager and Deputy, you will oversee operations, merchandising, health and safety, and policy compliance to deliver a smooth shopping experience for every customer.
