E Commerce - Team Leader

Taskmaster Resources LTD are currently looking for a Team Leader - Ecommerce Fashion for a busy Warehouse in WF17, Batley. Temporary Ongoing Position. Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8am - 4:15pm ( 1 hour unpaid break ) Pay Rate - £13.65 This is not a traditional warehouse Team Leader role. You will lead a team responsible for identifying, sorting and selecting the best-quality and most commercially valuable garments for our eCommerce operation . With new products arriving every day, you will play a key role in ensuring the right stock is selected for online sales, helping us maximise both customer engagement and revenue. A strong background in fashion and eCommerce is essential . You will need to understand current fashion trends, brands, styles and what makes a product desirable to online customers. Your knowledge and judgement will help ensure that the best products are identified and directed to the eCommerce function. Responsibilities - Lead, Motivate and support Team Members, listers, agency staff, volunteers and placement groups Monitor KPI's and take action to address performance issues Ensure Team Members are fully trained and support around the warehouse Lead the sorting team in identifying the best and most commercially valuable products for online sales Using your knowledge in fashion, brands, trends and customer demand to assess the potential value Continuously develop your knowledge of current fashion and eCommerce trends to maximise sale opportunities Plan and control the daily workflow across sorting, photography, listing, books, dispatch, culling, inventory and corporate/volunteer activity You will Ideally have: Previous experience in fashion, eCommerce, online retail or have studied fashion Strong knowledge of currently fashion trends, brands, styles Experience working with KPI's Experience of leading, motivating and developing a team If you believe you are the right fit please send an UP TO DATE CV to the team.
