EAL Tutor As an EAL Tutor, you will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored 1:1 lessons to support pupils who have English as an Additional Language. You will help pupils develop their English language skills, improve their confidence in communication, and access the wider curriculum more effectively. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced teacher or tutor who enjoys providing personalised support and adapting lessons to meet the individual needs of learners. You will work closely with pupils to identify gaps in their English language development and create engaging lessons that support their progress. Some pupils may have recently arrived in the UK or may have had limited access to English-language education. Your role will be to build positive relationships, encourage confidence, and provide structured support to help pupils develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
