Early Years Development Lead for 2-3s

Barnardo's in Strabane is seeking an Early Years Supervisor for the Plumbridge Developmental Programme for 2-3 year olds. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, ensure safeguarding, and manage planning, observations and reporting for each child.

The role requires NVQ Level 5 in Childcare or equivalent and experience with 0-4 year olds. Training and professional development are emphasised, with a duty to care for all children in a supportive setting.
