Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship
This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in childcare and gain a recognised qualification while earning a wage.
As an apprentice, you will:
Support children's learning and development through play-based activities Assist with planning and delivering engaging learning experiences Support daily routines including mealtimes, sleep routines, and outdoor play Provide personal care, including nappy changing and toileting support Observe children's progress and contribute to learning records Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship
This role is suitable for experienced practitioners looking to progress into leadership within Early Years.
As a Level 5 apprentice, you will:
Lead high-quality practice across the nursery Support and mentor other team members Plan and oversee activities that promote children's development Monitor children's progress and support curriculum delivery Help ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS requirements are met Work closely with management to support the overall running of the nursery Promote high standards of care, learning, and wellbeing Important: Applicants for the Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship must already hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
About the Apprenticeships
Training is delivered through a blended learning approach and includes:
Online learning and assignments Virtual workshops and webinars One-to-one support from a dedicated tutor Workplace observations and reviews Dedicated study time during working hours ? No college attendance required ? Learn while you earn ? Gain a nationally recognised qualification
Salary & Hours
£8 per hour for the first 12 months National Minimum Wage thereafter Monday to Friday 9:00am
5:00pm Full-time position Requirements
Level 2 or 3 Apprenticeship
GCSE English and Maths preferred Passion for working with children Positive attitude and willingness to learn Level 5
